Amanda Rose is the creative force behind CFStudios, with experience in performing arts from age nine and her unique cardio dance instruction since 2011. Amanda has woven and spun her love for dance, acting and singing into CFstudios where she is dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential to be in the best shape of their lives while encouraging their gifts to shine in the Showcase productions.
